4Gas exercises option on land for Vista del Sol LNG Terminal near Corpus Christi, Texas
4Gas, the global independent LNG terminal developer and operator, decided to exercise its option on land for the Vista del Sol LNG Terminal. Completion of the transaction is intended to take place on 28 November 2007. This decision is a crucial step in the development of an LNG terminal near Corpus Christi in Texas.

CCREDC's Strategic Plan for Action 2007 - 2012
On August 9, 2007 the Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Corporation’s Board of Directors adopted the organization’s Strategic Plan for Action 2007 – 2012. The Strategic Plan focuses the role of the CCREDC and provides dynamic steps that need to be taken to continue our community’s economic success. Also presented in the Strategic Plan are the four cornerstones that need to be addressed to insure our future economic growth. The four cornerstones are: Development of a Globally Competitive Workforce, Premier Business Parks, Innovation Infrastructure and International Presence.
