The Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Corporation, hereafter the EDC, will protect the privacy and confidentiality of any personal or business related information which you may provide in the course of using services provided on this site or through direct communications with the EDC staff and management. No personal or business related information which would allow you, your business or your client to be identified will be made available to any third party without your express written authorization.

All projects will be assigned a code name, either by you or the EDC, and all documents and correspondence related to the project will only reference the code name.

The EDC reserves the right to disclose statistical information (after removing any information that would directly identify you, your business or your client) to the EDC board and other third parties as deemed appropriate by EDC management to serve your needs.

Every employee and board member of the EDC abides by a strict confidentiality agreement. Any employee or board member in violation of this agreement is subject to disciplinary action, including immediate termination of employment or service.

For purposes of furthering the primary mission of the EDC, any information provided by you, your company or client to the public or which is public domain may be used on this site and further communicated to the media, the Corpus Christi community and other interested parties.

We maintain a strict policy to protect the privacy of all members of our email lists. We will not divulge any personally identifiable information from these lists to any third party.

Should you volunteer any personal information for the purpose of ordering products or services through any future e-commerce service or choose to participate in any resume listing service or utilize any other future service offering through this site; such information will be shared with the vendor to the extent necessary to fulfill your order or provide the requested service. All agreements between the EDC and vendors include provisions for protecting your privacy; however the EDC cannot guarantee compliance with such provisions.
