Joe Cisneros III, Executive Vice-President, is primarily responsible for working with the region’s existing businesses to identify opportunities for future job growth and corporate capital investment.

Mr. Cisneros was previously known for his work as the President and CEO of the Corpus Christi Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he worked from 2003 to 2008. Prior to his position with the Hispanic Chamber, Mr. Cisneros served as Executive Director of the Kingsville and Alice Chambers of Commerce. He spent 25 years in the broadcasting business and developed an extensive sales and marketing background.

Mr. Cisneros currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Business (TAB), Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce (TAMACC), and is a member of several other business organizations.

Mr. Cisneros joined the Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Corporation in June 2008.
